1.花蛤要吐净泥沙后洗净,青岛市场上的花蛤基本上都是吐干净的,买回家洗洗就能下锅

小窍门&温馨提示
青岛市场上的花蛤基本上都是吐干净的,买回家洗洗就能下锅。如果是没吐过的,最好能连海水一起买回来,把花蛤静静的泡在海水里,慢慢让它吐,时间一长,它自个儿就把沙吐净了。如果没有海水,就只能往清水里使劲加盐,然后再滴两滴花生油,再把花蛤放进去,它也会吐的。
